1. How to place order?
You can e-mail or fax us the images,contents/logos/artworks and other details of your requirements. To ensure the prompt service to you,please remember to enclose below information when you send us your design:
a. provide contact info (esp.name and e-mail)
b. Size (Please specify the width and height)
c. Material:( What kind of fabric it will be sewn on? )
d. Format (what kind of format you want and other special inquiries?)
e. Requested delivery time

2. What digitizing software do you use?
We use Wilcom, Tajima and by Pulse digitizing software

3.What format do you offer?
Most of the popular formats are workable, such as .EDD, .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .EXP, .CND, .PAT, .SAS, .PLS, .DP, .DAT, .CAP, .KSM, .SEW, .JEF, .HUS, .PES, ESL, .XXX, .PCQ, .CSB, .EMT, etc.

4. Which artwork formats do you accept?
We can read all of the following formats: jpeg, tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai, eps,pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp.

5. What is your turn-around time?
The normal leadtime is 48hours, 24-hour turnaround time is workable for rushing orders on short notice.
Please specify that the order is a rush order in the Order Form for timely delivery.

6. Do you run swatches of the designs on the machine before you send them out to customer?
Yes, we will sew every design and won't deliver the completed files out to the customer until we are convinced of its smooth running on the machine.
